The roles and their responsibilities
We are seeking 2 quantity surveyors or experienced assistant quantity surveyors who can fulfill the roles as below:
·         Able to cover contracts in the North-West and Midlands areas
·         Primarily office based but with the odd site visit and an occasional overnight stay required.
Experience with pre-and post-contract procedure applications, valuations, feasibility studies, cost planning, cost consultancy etc.
·         Experience working on residential projects is also a bonus.
The right person
Our client requires candidates with good M&E contract experience, commercial awareness and who can be flexible.
Skills and qualifications
CSCS card
Valid, clean driving license
R.I.C.S. accreditation – desirable but not essential
Salary and package
£35-£40 K
