A position for an M&E Project Manager is currently available with our client, a lead M&E contractor who deliver design and installation of building services and infrastructure thoughout the UK.

The Role and its Responsibilities

As M&E Project Manager you will support the operational team to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• On time delivery of projects whilst keeping to budget and standards
• Risk identification 
• Mitigation measures in place
• Management of staff and their performance (including sub-contractors)
• H&S
• Attending meetings
• Successful handover

The Individual

You must have experience at working on projects of over £5m M&E value and have some working knowledge at managing contracts. An effective communicator you must be able to maintain good working relationships. 

Skills and Qualifications

Industry qualified with experience in an M&E Project Manager role. 

Salary and Package

£58-63K plus benefits and car/allowance
