They are recruiting for an M&E Project Manager in the West London area.

The Role and its Responsibilities

In this role you will be representing the company to high profile clients and will be responsible for the overall project management of their projects. Responsibilities will include:

• Mechanical and Electrical project delivery
• Management of design team
• Documentation, programme and budget control
• Report production
• Working to companies compliances
• Risk assessment
• Working to timeframes
• Quality assurance
• Contract knowledge

The Individual

Technically capable, you must be innovative in your work and have a good commercial knowledge whilst being able to work in multidisciplinary teams. You will be representing the company at meetings with clients and must have a confident and pro-active approach in this area. 

Skills and Qualifications

Industry recognised qualification and fully experienced in a similar role.
