We have a new vacancy for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our client, an M&E building services company based in Manchester. They are secure within the industry with most of their business being from repeat customers and plenty ofwork in the pipeline over the foreseeable future. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Tender submittal complying to company regulations
• Managing mechanical pre-construction works
• Keeping all procedures, company policies and all relevant legislation's
• Effective management of financial costings and timings to ensure maximum profitability
• Responsibile for the sub-contractors suitability to ensure health and safety compliance on site
• Capable of representing the company on projects and able to take responsibility for decision making relating to works
• Regular attendance at meetings to report project progress, review contracts and handover the projects
• Be able to adhere to company procedures
• Complete documentation for deadlines
• Manage supply chains to optimum effectiveness.

The Individual

Owing to their success and growth, they require an experienced pre-construction manager ideally with experience on a wide variety of projects. The successful candidate must be a good communicator, used to liaising with clients, contractors and senior staff members at regular meetings. 

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC qualified (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering
• Building Services background

Salary and Package

£55-58K plus package
