The Client

Mech Electrics are recruiting for a Lead Site Manager to work in the Hull area on multiple projects on a 12 month contract with a view to working on future projects nationwide. Our client are a well respected one stop shop business who specialise in the field of renewable energies. They are happy to review CV's from candidates from a building services background and with a mechanical or electrical bias. 

The Role and its Responsibility

• Site management of multiple teams and projects
• Report production
• Review and maintenance of H&S
• Management and updating of programme of works
• Ensuring standards and specifications
• Ensure compliance
• Able to identify and rectify installation practices 
• Work to time and budget constraints
• Team and work management

The Individual

This role is a client facing position so a suitable candidate must have experience at dealing with clients and be a polished individual who has worked in a live environment. You must also have excellent communication and organsational skills to fulfill this role. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry recognised qualification
• SMSTS card
• Experience at managing multiple projects

Salary and Package

£45-50K plus company package and excellent career prospects
