The Client

Our client is a leading M&E and infrastructure company in the building services market and they are currently working on a high value hospital project the Berkshire area. They are looking to secure an experienced Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the financial and commercial works including, but not limited to:
Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
Preparation of bills of quantities
Pricing Variation accounts and sub-contract accounts.
Life cycle and whole life cost analyses
Providing the weekly report (Progress and Contract) to other Senior Managers.
Risk analysis
