The Client

Our client is a leading Building Services and Infrastructure company and have been awarded a £98 million transformation programme for a new build hospital project in the South of England. They are currently recruiting for a Lead Project Surveyor to join their commercial team on this high value M&E project.

The Role and its Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial Manager the role responsibilities will include:

• Team management
• Cash flow and payment management
• Producing commercial reports and reviews throughout project
• Contract advice 
• Sub-contractor management relating to pricing, tenders, orders, accounts and payments
• Overseeing risk management in line with company legislations
• Ensuring compliance with contract changes
• Ensure that targets and KPI's are exceeded

The Individual

A successful candidate will be fully experienced in all cost, profit and risk management areas of a senior role, and you must be able to display good organisational and time management skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent 
• IT proficient
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary and Package

There is a highly competitive salary plus company car or car allowance on offer for this role along with an excellent matched pension up to 7.5%, car/allowance, numerous retail discounts, share save plans and 26 days annual leave.
