They currently have an opportunity for a Lead Mechanical Project Engineer to join their North-West team and, as one of the most highly regarded M&E Contractors in our field, this is a fantastic time for a career motivated Mechanical Project Engineer to join the company! 

The Role and its Responsibilities
 
The role will be based away from the City Centre and will be on a major engineering project with a high M&E value. As an experienced Lead Mechanical Project Engineer you will be able to bring to the position the following expertise: 

• Working alongside the Planners on sequence of works
• Previous knowledge of sub-contractors and supply chains 
• Ensuring deadlines for scheduled workloads met
• Collaborating with the Design Department on designs to ensure satisfactory results for both client and company
• Guaranteeing quality installations on works
• Overseeing project from design stage through to handover
• Holding responsibility for all building services on the project

The Individual

The successful candidate will be a career driven individual with experience in a similar role. You will bring to the position an in-depth knowledge of the industry regarding supply chains, legislations, and sub-contractors. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with all levels of co-workers.

Skills and Qualifications

HNC level qualification in Building Services Engineering would be preferable and you will need to display previous successful experience in a Lead Mechanical Project Engineer role.

Salary and Package

Our client offers a favourable £50-53K salary plus car/allowance, pension and healthcare.
