Mech Electrics are recruiting for a Graduate/Undergraduate Quantity Surveyor to join our clients' Bristol office and the company we are recruiting on behalf of provide technical solutions across the UK's built environment. Full support will be given to help the candidate integrate successfully with the business at the start of their career and funding will be provided for a successful undergraduate applicant. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Working to timescales and budget constraints
• Assisting the commercial management team to provide quality projects 
• Assisting with the production of accurate reports
• Tender analysing 
• Procurement of sub-contractors
• Financial planning
• Preparation of estimates and contract variations

The Individual

The company are looking for an applicant who has great communication skills and who can prioritise their workload effectively. You must be highly organised with the ability to multi task!

Skills and Qualifications

• Computer literate
• Degree qualified or on track for industry qualification

Salary and Package
