The Client

Our client is a provider of building services to a wide range of sectors which include schools, sports stadiums and food manufacturers. Working throughout the UK, they currently have a high value project in Manchester City Centre which requires an Electrical Project Engineer for a period of 14 months.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Interpret Electrical designs whilst having the technical ability to work with this information to provide a successful outcome of projects. 
• Have a successful record of co-ordination, delivery, and handover of projects.
• Management of budget and timeframes.
• Overseeing of Health and Safety throughout the works.
• Work successfully alongside the Electrical Project Engineer and produce regular progress reports for the Project Manager 
• Attend meetings when required.
• Management of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials and confident support of site teams.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels on major projects

The Individual

This role needs a confident individual who can work in a sometimes-pressurised environment on a high value, £15M project. The company require a team player and leader for this role.

• Industry relevant qualification
• Working knowledge of the role on a high value project
