Our client, a leading engineering and services business in the UK, are offering an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor. The project is requiring successful candidates for work commencing early 2019. By working closely with their clients and keeping up to date with developments in the building services field, they work over a variety of sectors on ground-breaking projects within the building and infrastructure industry.
 

The Role and its Responsibilities

In the role of Electrical Supervisor, you must be able to display experience in the following areas:

• Providing technical support to testing operatives
• Inspections of installations and site
• Checking and final sign off of installations 
• Organizing site teams
• Working to H&S regulatory standards
• Attending meetings on projects
• Management of sub-contractor

The Individual
 

The role needs a confident individual who can work in a sometimes-pressurised environment, a team player and leader! You must be organised and motivated.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience within the M&E industry           
• Industrial / commercial experience Asbestos Awareness                                            
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• IOSH and, or NEBOSH / CITB H&S site management certification               
• JIB Gold Card holder, preferably to Approved Electrician
• C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing (or equivalent)
• IPAF Operator 3A & 3B
• Knowledge of current H & S legislation
