The Role and its Responsibilities

• Retrofit and upgrades on established sites
• Improving energy efficiency
• Building reconfiguration
• Overall management of the site
• Managing time and budgets of works
• Inspections of installations and site
• Checking and final sign off of installations 
• Organizing of site teams and toolbox talks
• Recording works for reports
• Accident monitoring and documenting and managing risk assessments
• Ensuring adherence of H&S regulatory standards 
• Attending meetings on projects
• Management of sub-contractors 
• Improving services to ensure effective results for the project
• Oversee site resources and sub-contractors to maximise project results 

The Individual

The company is looking for candidates from a building service background but who have an appreciation of industrial environments. You must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and maintain good working relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry recognised electrical qualification
• SSSTS
• Up to date with H&S 
• MEP experience along with some civils/construction knowledge
• Healthcare experience would be advantageous

Salary and Package

£47-53k plus car allowance and excellent company package
