Working throughout the private and public sectors on widely varying projects, our client is a major construction and building services company. They provide complex builds and infrastructure works for their clients and are always forward thinking in their designs. Currently working on a major, high value project in the Northampton region they require an Electrical Site Manager/Supervisor for this site from September. 

The Role and Responsibilities

• Overall management of the site 
• Managing time and budgets of the works
• Toolbox talks
• Record maintenance
• Accident monitoring and documenting
• Risk assessments
• H&S on site 
• Overseeing and managing the site resources and sub-contractors

The Individual

A successful applicant should be highly experienced in an electrical site supervisor or manager role and have an understanding of the commercial aspects of this role.  

Skills and Qualifications

• Organisational, communication and leadership skills will all be required for this position
• CSCS Card
• Good IT skills
