The Client

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a highly successful Tier 1 M&E contractor. The role will be based out of their South Manchester offices and will be a mix of office and site work. 
 
The Role and its Responsibilities

• Management of projects from procurement to final commissioning and handover stage
• Management of sub-contractors
• Cost scheduling
• Engineering programming    
• Competent management of large teams
• Report production and maintenance
• Health and Safety compliance
• Commercial awareness

The Individual

Our client is looking for an individual who is confident and has excellent communication skills as you will be representing the company at various meetings through the time frame of various projects. A self-motivated individual, you must be able to effectively manage your team whilst maintaining the highest of standards of the work produced.

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• IT literate

Salary and Package

Our client is offering a favourable industry rate of £60-65K plus company package and car / allowance for the Electrical Project Manager role and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and highly regarded company.
