Our client is one of the leading M&E partners in the UK and they deliver varied environments in the built sector for their customers. They currently require an Electrical Project Manager to be based in Manchester. 
 
The Role and its Responsibilities

• Management and leadership of the project delivery team 
• Involvement with the bid process
• Planning management
• Budget control
• Prepare and present monthly project reviews at meetings
• Maintain positive, working relationships
• Commercial awareness
• Quality assurance
• Budget control 
• Risk measures in place 
• H&S adherance
• Management of sub-contractors

The Individual

The client is looking for an candidate experienced at working on high value projects and who can communicate well at all levels. You must be able to maintain goodworking relationships. 

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Up to date on H&S legislation
• IT literate

Salary and Package

Up to £65k plus car and company package
