We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to join our client, a well respected and leading National M&E contractor. In the Electrical Project Manager role you will be working on large scale projects and will be based within the Oxford area. 

The Role and the Responsibilities

• Overall ownership of finances of projects
• Strong business leader
• Procurement 
• Commercial control
• Quality assurance 
• Contract compliance
• Supply chain management
• Labour management 
• Risk identification and control 
• Compliance to design 
• Report reviews, preparation and presentation
• Client management and relationships 
• Ensure successful completion of project 

The Individual

Our client is looking for a candidate who can lead and delegate effectively, a manager who can motivate their team to produce desirable results for both company and client. You must have a sound commercial acumen and be able to make positive decisions within a sometimes pressurized environment. 

• Skills and Qualifications

NVQ 4/5 plus a relevant managerial qualification
Solid technical knowledge within the industry
Problem solving
Performance monitoring

Salary and Package

£85K plus excellent company package and car/allowance
