The Client 

Currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to work on a hospital upgrade project in Warwick, our client provides bespoke packages of sustainable energy systems for their customers. They have an excellent industry wide reputation and this is an fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and expanding company!

The Role and its Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for all electrical works
  • Management of large teams
  • Working to time and budget restraints
  • Overseeing sub-contractors, their working standards and compliance
  • Work on costings, billings, progress reports
  • Health and Safety legislation adherance
  • Commercial awareness
  • Costings and billing production
  • Report production and presentation
  • Risk assessment evaluations

The Individual 

As you will be representing the company when meeting with clients you must have a professional manner and be able to communicate well. You should have the ability to be able to work to time and budget constraints and manage your time and staff effectively.  

Skills and Qualifications

  • HNC qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • IT literate
  • Up to date with H&S legislations 

Salary and Package

£57-60K plus £7K car allowance and company healthcare and pensions schemes.
