The Client

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager for our client who provides the design, install and maintenance services for sustainable energy systems within both public and private sectors. The postion is to be based in Aberystwyth and you will be working on the upgrade of services and power on a hospital project. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Risk assessments
• Management of staff and sub-contractors
• Client liaison
• Company representation
• Reporting commercial activity to commercial department
• Full responsibility of electrical works
• Ensuring compliance and standars of sub-contractors
• H&S compliance
• Working within time and budget constraints
• Production of costings, billings and progress reports

The Individual

The client is looking for an individual who has experience in a similar role. You should have excellent negotiating skills and, as you will be a representative of the company when meeting with clients, you should be able to communicate effectively. 

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• IT literate
• Up to date on H&S legislations

Salary and Package

Offering a negotiable £57-65K salary, dependant on experience, along with a £7K car allowance and full company package, our client can also provide excellent career prospects!
