Covering all areas within the M&E field, from design to installation, our client excel at providing cost effective, bespoke solutions for projects. They have a project requiring an Electrical Project Manager to work on a new build college in Lancashire and are offering a competitive salary and package for this role.
The Role and it Responsibilities
As Electrical Project Manager you will be required to manage projects from the initial stages through to the handover stage and should have be experienced in the following areas:
- Leading projects to a high level in all aspects of a Project Manager role
- Assuming full responsibility for all electrical works
- Competent management of large teams
- Working to time and budget constraints
- The overseeing of sub-contractors, their working standards and compliance
- Production of costings, billings and progress reports
- Health and Safety compliance
- Team management and motivation
The Individual
You must be a commercially aware with excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.

HNC or equivalent
