The Client

One of the UK's largest independent building services contractors, our client provides high quality work throughout design, installation and maintenance of their projects. By working closely with their clients and keeping up to date with developments in the building services field, they can ensure the success of projects over a wide range of sectors from commercial, residential, retail and leisure. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

As Electrical Project Manager you will be required to manage projects from the initial stages through to the handover stage and should have previous experience in the following areas:

• Leading projects to a high level of completion in all aspects of a Project Manager role
• Assuming full responsibility for all electrical works
• Competent management of large teams
• Working to time and budget constraints
• The overseeing of sub-contractors, their working standards and compliance
• Production of costings, billings and progress reports
• Health and Safety compliance
• Commercial awareness

The Individual

Our client is looking for an individual who is confident and who has excellent communication skills as you will be required to represent the company at various meetings throughout the time frame of various projects. A self-motivated individual, you must be able to effectively manage your team whilst maintaining the highest of standards of the work produced. 

Skills and Qualifications

• IT literate
• HNC qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent

Salary and package

£45-52 per annum, plus car or allowance, pension and healthcare
