The Client

Our client is a prestigious M&E services provider offering award winning tailormade packages for their customers. Covering all areas within the M&E field, from design to installation, they excel at providing cost effective, bespoke solutions for projects. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer for a city based Commercial Development with an M&E value of £7.5M.

The Role and its Responsibilities

The role will require an Electrically biased Project Engineer who can fulfill the vacancy as listed below:

• Interpret Electrical designs whilst having the technical ability to work with this information to provide a successful outcome of projects.
• Have a successful record of co-ordination, delivery, and handover of projects.
• Management of budget and timeframes.
• Overseeing of Health and Safety throughout the works.
• Work successfully alongside the Mechanical Project Engineer and produce regular progress reports for the Project Manager
• Attend meetings when required.
• Management of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials and confident support of site teams.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels on major projects

The Individual 

We are looking to review CV’s from candidates with experience in a Project Engineers role with a building services background. A candidate who has excellent communication and liaising skills and who can work well in a sometimes-pressurized environment.

HNC qualified or equivalent

Salary and Package

£44-48500K plus healthcare, pension and car or allowance
