The Client

Having worked with our client for well over a decade, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the first phase of a fast paced project in London. The project will involve works on multiple buildings on the site and the company need an Electrical Engineer who can work well in a client facing role.  

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Managing BMS subcontractor
• BMS upgrades, changing control, bms panels etc.
• Solar Panel install on multiple rooftops
• Lighting replacement, like for like, no real rewires
• Arrange and monitor commissioning and handover process for individual works
• Record and manage reported defects
• Management of subcontractor working on swimming pools and pool cover installations
• Management of road closures for lifting equipment for solar panel work
• Manage builders for break ins, rerouting of cables and building of small compounds 
• Management of building scaffolding contractors
• Liaising between client and building managers for access, coordination, sequencing and programming of works

The Individual

The client is looking for a dynamic and level headed engineer who can work well as part of a team and collaborate effectivley alongside the Mechanical Engineer, to ensure the maximum success of the project. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Educated to HNC level in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous experience of working on numerous buildings
• CSCS card

Salary and Package

Up to £65K plus lodgings and travel
