The Role and its Responsibilities

In this North-West based role you will be:

• Overseeing projects from the start through to the completion of the works, and ensuring the successful completion of the works on schedule and within budget. 
• Dealing with the procurement of labour and materials
• Managing site supervisors and managers 
• Ensuring adherence to H&S
• Attending regular progress meetings to update both the client and company
• Working alongside other teams within the company to ensure client and company project satisfaction
• Appointment of project teams

The Individual

Our client is looking to recruit a candidate with a good working knowledge of Electrical Building Services projects. A confident individual able to communicate with the clients and their requirements effectively. 

Skills and Qualifications

ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering/PM or Building Services.
Commercial awareness
Contract knowledge

Salary and Package

£60-63K plus company benefits
