A North-West based building services consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for a Design and Sustainability Engineer to join its Chester based team. Offering a high quality service in a growing sector they are looking for a candidate who will grow within this role.

The Role and its Responsibilities
As a Design and Sustainability Engineer you will be experienced in the following areas:

• Building design systems 
• Knowledge of environmentally effective products
• Low carbon solution knowledge
• Site surveying
• Working to design time frames
• Competancy in using relevant design tools
• Model production
• Liaising with clients

The Individual

Our client is looking for a candidate who has strong analytical skills and can bring a good commercial knowledge to the role. You must be an effective communicator and and be able to write comprehensive reports for client and company.

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant degree qualification in Building Services/Energy
Working knowledge of HEVACOMP

Salary and Package

£25-30K
