Our client are looking to secure a Chartered Cost Consultant to be based in London, however a preferred candidate will have to be flexible to work regionally and from home. The company are a market leading global  consultancy and are looking to develop the Reinstatement Cost Team. With this in mind, the role will require an innovative and commited individual who is looking to grow their career with a progressive consultancy.  

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Supporting the UK Reinstatement Cost Assessment team 
• Co-ordination and management of RCA team in GEC Manila
• Liaising withEuropean colleagues
• Providing cost consultation advice 
• Manage and support of reinstatement cost assessment
• Collaboration with European teams
• Preparation and maintenance of marketing requirements 
• Development and monitoring of new processes
• Client support 
• Financial management on projects

The Individual

The company are looking for a candidate with experience at working on mergers & acquisitions, construction, contracts and procurement. You should have the ability to work in a timely manner, manage your own tasks and be well organised. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working in collaboration with many different departments. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally RICS qualified
• Commercially astute
• Training will be given on preparation of RCA's

Salary and Package

£50-55K plus company package
