Our client is a consultancy who provide M&E commercial management professionals for their clients. Their excellent industry reputation means that they have many repeat customers who use them on an ongoing basis and they currently have offices throughout the UK to meet their clients demands. We are recruiting for a strong Commercial Manager to work from home within the North-West for the company who currently have numerous projects pending.  
 
The Role and its Responsibilities

• Work winning 
• Business development 
• Running projects from pre-construction to completion
• Forecasting costs and valuations
• Working on contracts and accounts
• Reviewing and drafting of contracts
• Vetting tenders and contracts for sub-contractors
• Project purchasing and cost budgets
• Risk management
• Ensuring payments are on time
• Contract negotiation

The Individual

The company is looking to secure a strong Commercial Manager who excels at business development and who can bring with them new clients through their ability to win works. You must be able to show that you are able to have a successful input into the role and also ability to grow the business long term.

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry relevant degree qualification, or equivalent.
• Strong business development acumen

Salary and Package

£80-85K per annum plus car / allowance and excellent company benefits. These include bonus scheme, share option, pension, healthcare, paid travel when required, holidays plus birthday off.
