Working on a major M&E project in the York area, our client has a vacancy for a Commercial Lead. The company are a highly regarded M&E contractor who also provide a sustainable infrastructure solutions and they have excellent opportunities for a career driven individual. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver company commercial strategies
• Commercial negotiation
• Contract negotiations and reporting 
• Financial targeting and delivery 
• Commercial risk assesment and amendments 
• Claim negotiation
• Delivery of KPIs
• Record keeping 

The Individual

A suitable candidate must be a strong communicator, negotiator and be analytical in their approach to works. You should have excellent attention to detail and understand all aspects within a commercial lead role. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Commercial Management or other relevant qualification
• Working knowledge of industry related contracts, both pre and post

Salary and Package

Our client is offering a £80-85K plus a fantastic company benefit package and car/allowance.
