The Client 
 

We are working on behalf of a client we've partnered with for over a decade. They are a mechanical and electrical services provider who work on a hugely diverse range of projects, supported by a class leading off site manufacturing arm. 

The Role
 

We have been asked to recruit a REVIT MEP Services Coordinator for their York office. 

The role will at first be temporary, but the company want to offer the right person a long term opportunity. 

You will have excellent services coordination experience (MEP), a previous prefabrication background is also a necessity. 

You will be tasked with taking stage 4a or 4b sets of drawings and producing prefabrication detail drawings, mainly in AutoCAD fabrication or to a lesser extent in REVIT (project dependant).

The Package

The client is after someone who can bring a lot of experience to the position. In time there will be opportunity for promotion to a more management orientated role, looking after other REVIT staff an also mentoring more junior members of staff.

The initial salary is negotiable, there is a car or allowance, as well as a quality pension scheme and healthcare provision.
