The Role and its Responsibilities

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will report to the Senior Surveyor and be responsible for work in the following areas:

• Cost estimates / feasibilities
• Employers Requirements
• Review and agree Contractors Proposals
• Review Contractors cost submission and agree contract sum
• Raising contract documentation and purchase orders
• Cost reporting
• Change Control
• Final Account
• Interim and final payments

The Individual 

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor applicant will have the ability to provide M&E support to the commercial team and already have some MEP experience. Your work will be of an exceptionally high standard, displaying attention to detail along with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.

Skills and Qualifications

MRICS or working towards chartership
Degree qualified in quantity surveying or other relevant business discipline.
