The Role and its Responsibilities

Full project life cycle ownership
Leadership of your team
Programme and scheduling implementation
Monitoring of projects
Progress reporting
Ensure accurate monitoring of works
Working to budget and times constraints
Resources management
Ensuring successful handover of projects
Supporting employees in their careers and development
Working effectively alongside the commercial team
H&S compliances
Engineering programming

The Individual

The company is looking to review CV’s from experienced Senior Project Managers from within the building services sector. You should have excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills and be able to work well in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Degree qualified in a relevant industry qualification
Working knowledge of various PM software
Good organisational skills
Working experience in a senior role
