Our client is major contractor who specialises in the fields of renewable energies and district heating and are working on numerous major contracts throughout the UK. They currently require an Electrical Site Manager to work on a healthcare project in the Gloucester area and are offering a remuneration package of £45-50K plus car/allowance and excellent company benefits.
The Role and its Responsibilities
In the role of Electrical Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overall site management of staff and sub-contractors
- Upholding HSE standards
- Risk assessments
- Site inductions
- Regular tool box talks
- Ensure all materials on site as required
- Oversee site deliveries are complete, highlight any discrepencies
- H&S, accident book and PPE responsibility
- Management and sub-contractor meeting attendance for updates given
Our client is looking for an Electrical Site Manager who is an excellent motivator and team leader. You should be able to represent the company well on site and form solid working relationships with all departments of the project team.
Skills and Qualifications
- CSCS card or equivalent
- Up to date Electrical qualifications
- Experienced at running a fast paced site
