The Role and its Responsibilities

In the role of Senior MEP Project Manager you will need to be experienced in the following areas:

• Overall management of project delivery
• MEP delivery team management
• Produce high quality works
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Pre and post-contract work
• Procurement and delivery of subcontract and supply packages
• Project quality adherence
• Ensure supply chain compliance
• Management of sub-contractors
• Health and Safety
• Legal requirement compliance
• Budget and time scheduling
• Attendance and chairing of meetings

The Individual

The client is looking for a highly experienced Senior MEP Project Manager who can manage the delivery of key projects effectively and to a high quality. They require a candidate who holds the same values as the company in terms of delivering sustainable solutions within a safe working environment and you should be a confident manager with excellent communication skills. 

Skills and Experience 

• HNC or equivalent in construction related discipline
• Commercial acumen
• MEP environment experience
• Commercial acumen

Salary and Package
