Mech Electrics are looking to secure a Project Manager (M or E bias) for our client who is recruiting for their offices based in North Manchester. The Role and its Responsibilities

As a proficient Project Manager you will be required to fulfill the following:

• Management of projects from procurement to final commissioning and handover stage
• Management of sub-contractors
• Cost scheduling
• Engineering programming    
• Competent management of large teams
• Report production and maintenance
• Health and Safety compliance
• Commercial awareness
• Meeting planning and leading 

The Individual 

We are looking for a built environment Project Manager who has excellent communication skills and who can represent the company favourably. You should have experience at running high value projects effectively, keeping within budget and time frames whilst maintaining a high standard of works.

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Mechanical or Electrical bias
• IT literate
• Excellent communication and management skills

Salary and Package

The company is offering a favourable salary of up to £65K for the Project Manager role and this includes pension, healthcare and car/allowance.
