A market leader in the sector of district heating, our client is looking to secure a Mechanical Project Manager for a position in Wolverhampton. The company are looking for a candidate who has experience, or an interest in, renewable energy within the M&E field. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Assuming full responsibility for the Mechanical works 
• Management of projects from procurement to final commissioning and handover stage
• Work alongside the commercial teams
• Management of sub-contractors
• Cost scheduling
• Engineering programming 
• Design and compliance
• Competent management of large teams
• Working to time and budget constraints
• The overseeing of sub-contractors, their working standards and compliance
• Production of costings, billings and progress reports
• Health and Safety compliance
• Commercial awareness

The Individual

A suitable candidate must display a confident manner, good communication and negotiation skills and be able to maintain high standards of work. You should be a motivational leader who is able to run the mechanical team effictively. 

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent qualification
• IT proficient

Salary and Package
