The Client

Our client are a major Tier 1 contractor with several sizeable and high profile projects underway. The are currently looking to expand their commercial team in the North-West and have a vacancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major project in Manchester.

The Role and its Repsonsibilities

• Review contract T&C's 
• Risk mitigation
• Ensure contract compliance
• Liaising with project teams
• Cash flow and revenue forecasting and monitoring
• Procurement and management of sub-contractors
• Provide accurate reports and maintain these 
• Dispute resolutions if required
• Mentoring of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Surveyors
• Ensure that H&S is kept as a priority throughout projects

The Individual

You should be a confident communicator who is able to maintain excellent working realtionships with colleagues and clients. A suitable candidate should have several years experience in a similar role and be able to work on high value projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree qualified
• Experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role

Salary and Package

£60-65K plus company benefits and a car / allowance.
