The Client

We have worked alongside our client for many years and have successfully recruited for a wide range of postions for them. The company provide innovative, sustainable energy solutions and district heating and are market leaders in their field. Currently they have a requirement for an Electrical Project Engineer with commercial solar panel experience to join their established North-West based team.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Support of all technical aspects of the electrical installation
• Interpretation and adaptation designs
• Ensure a good working relationship alongside the Mechanical Project Engineer 
• Reporting to the Project Manager of works
• Ensurance that all work is carried out in a safe manner and as in contracts 
• Regular attendance of meetings with the client 
• Keep the ongoing project to cost and time allocation and understand the budget of the project at any given time
• Manage sub-contractors

 
The Individual

You must be up to date with a H&S legislations and be able to run high value, sometimes pressured projects. Our client is looking for an individual who is self-motivated and keen to develop their career. Within this role you will be required to travel throughout the North-West. 

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC/HND qualified
• Time served in Electrical Project Engineer role
• Solar experience on significant commercial buildings/solar farms

Salary and Package

£45-55K per annum with excellent benefits and substantial car allowance.
