The Role and its Responsibilities

As Electrical Estimator for our client you will be able to work as part of their estimating team on various project, responsibilities listed below: 

• Production of detailed and accurate electrical tenders on traditional D&B projects
• Initial production of tenders to successful finalisation
• Providing of monthly reports
• Preparation of time frame schedules, cost materials and labour to ensure projects can be delivered within budget and on time

The Individual

A suitable candidate will have experience at working on mixed use developments in the built environment along with excellent interpersonal skills as the Electrical Estimator role will be client facing. You will have excellent supply chain knowledge from your experience in an estimating role.

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent Building Services Qualification is necessary
• IT literate with ‘Estimation’ software
• Good understanding of up to date Building Regulations would be preferable

Salary and Package

£50K plus car or allowance.
