Mech Electrics are currently recruiting for M&E Foreman/Supervisors for various projects in the North-West with a Tier 1 M&E contractor. The client are a fast growing company offering services from design and build to FM throughout a variety of areas including leisure, education, defence, to name a few! 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Site management of respective electrical or mechanical teams
• Accurate progress reporting
• Manage the contractors/sub-contractors on site
• Attend meetings as required
• Understanding of programme of works
• RAMs on site
• Ensuring standards and specifications are adhered to
• Management of inspections and test plans
• Quality standards management
• Organise the site teams
• H&S on site
• Toolbox talks

The Individual

The client is looking for experienced individuals who can manage their teams confidently on site. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage workloads effectively. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Current SMSTS/SSSTS 
• Up to date with relevant industry requirements

Salary and Package

£18-19 per hour for a 40 hour week.
