The Client

Our client is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Manchester offices where you will be working on medium to large MEP projects within the surrounding areas. The company is a major Tier 1 M&E contractor with some exciting projects in the pipeline!

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Contract T&C's and compliance
• Risk mitigation
• Liaising with project teams
• Cash flow forecasting
• Submission and receipt of payments
• Ensure safety first on works
• Cost monitoring and forecasting
• Ensure accurate reporting of commercials
• Settlement negotiation and sign off
• Report and record writing and maintenance
• Dispute resolution processes where applicable

The Individual

The company is looking to review CV's from candidates who have experience at working on medium to large M&E or building services projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant industry related degree (or equivalent)
• RICS accreditation or willingess to work towards this

Salary and Package

Offering a salary of £45-55K per annum plus excellent career prospects, the role also includes a fantastic pension and private healthcare package plus car/allowance.
