Our client is a major M&E contractor who are currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for a major project in the North-East. The MEP works have an estimated value of over £400m and the project will be running for a number of years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company on a groundbreaking project!

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Contract T&C's
• Mitigating risks
• Contract compliance 
• Liaising with project teams
• Ensure safety first is visible on projects 
• Procurement and management of subcontractors
• Dispute resolutions
• Customer relationships
• Production of accurate reports 
• Cash flow forecasting 
• Report maintenance

The Individual

The company are looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on medium to large sized projects. Experience in the fields of M&E, MEP or Building Services would be required. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry relevant degree/equivalent
• RICS accreditation (or willingess to work towards)

Salary and Package
