Our client is a lead M&E contractor who are extremely busy with upcoming projects for some of the largest names in blue chip companies. They are looking for a Senior M&E Contracts Manager to join their operations team based in the Greater Manchester area and this is a fantastic opportunity to join this thriving company!

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Management of team on multiple site projects of up to £10M
• Management and development of PM’s and designers
• Overseeing projects from the start through to the completion of the works and ensuring the successful completion of the works on schedule and within budget.
• Project planning
• Liaising with main contractors and clients and their representatives
• Management of site supervisors and managers
• H&S management
• Attendance of regular progress meetings to update both the client and company.
• Appointment of sub-contractors
• Tendering of packages
• Work winning role
• Supporting pre-construction, estimating, surveying in house teams

The Individual

For the role of Senior M&E Contracts Manager, our client is looking to recruit a candidate with a good working knowledge of M&E Building Services projects. They require a confident individual able to communicate with the clients and their requirements effectively and you must be willing to work away from home on occasion.

Skills and Qualifications

• ONC/HNC in Mechanical Engineering/PM or Building Services.
• Commercial awareness

Salary and package

For this role our client is offering a salary of up to £63K per annum along with company package and a car/allowance and CPD will be offered to a candidate who wishes to grow with the company.
