Our client are a large manufacturing company who have a vacancy for a Commercial Manager to join their team in the North-West. This role would also suit a Managing Surveyor with asperations to move forward with their career. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Running projects from pre-construction to completion
• Forecasting costs and valuations
• Working on contracts and accounts
• Reviewing and drafting of contracts
• Vetting tenders and contracts for sub-contractors
• Project purchasing and cost budgets

The Individual

Our client is looking for a Commercial Manager who has strong communication skills and who is enthusiatic and career driven.

Salary and Package

The company is offering a salary of up to £62K a year plus package.
