The Client

Our client is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Bolton and provide support to the QS's in the management of projects.  The company provides high quality bespoke protection doors to their customers and provide their services internationally.Their security provisions are highly graded and are used within the fields of nuclear, defence, security and on highly sensitive projects! 

The Role and its Responsibilities 

• Ontime submissions of contractual documents
• Income and expenditure reviews and reports
• Assisting QS team pricing variations
• Positive realtionship building and maintaining
• Ensure contractual arrangements for costings, quality and delivery are achieved
• Attending handover meetings
• Support sales and estimating on commercial works
• Risk monitoring and reporting to relevant parties
• Recovery of outstanding debts
• Maintaining terms and conditions of contracts
• Production of monthly reports
• Compliance to contracts

The Individual

The client is looking for an individual who is organised, with the ability to manage their workload and time effectively. You should be able to work well as part of a team, but also on your own initiative. 

Skills and Qualifaications

• HND/degree qualified
• Excellent communication, numeracy and IT skills

Salary and Package

£22-23K pa. Excellent career prospects and mentoring are on offer with this role. Performance based KPI's, routine appraisals and cols and Qualificationsntrract performance.
