A leading M&E Building Services Company currently has an opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager (preferably mechanically biased) to join its team. Our client offers a full package from design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of M&E Services and works with both public and high profile private companies. They have a great reputation in the industry, such that 95% of their work comes from repeat clients.

They have grown exponentially year on year and look set to turnover £25 million next year.

Owing to their success and growth, they require a pre-construction manager ideally with experience on a wide variety of projects. The successful candidate must be a good communicator, used to liaising with clients, contractors and senior staff members at regular meetings. 

You will have a mechanical  building services background, ideally in a similar role or alternatively as a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager.

You must ensure all tenders are submitted adhering to company regulations and be present at all tender meetings.
You will ensure client satisfaction and maximum margin gain for the company.
