Our client is a lead consultancy within the built environment and we are currently recruiting for a assistant or graduate quantity surveyor to join their North-West based team. They are offering some working flexibility between office and home for this role, along with excellent career prospects and company benefits. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Surveyor 
• Technical acumen
• Commercial fields, cost management
• Cost forecasting and estimating 
• Contractor knowledge
• Final project accounts
• Payments throughout and at end of project lifespans
• Contract 

 
The Individual

The successful candidate will have good time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly. You will be interested in growing your career within the MEP field and will provide work with an excellent attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree qualified in quantity surveying
