The Client

Our client is a North-West based building services company who are currently working on numerous commercial projects throughout the UK. These projects are in varying sectors with some of the biggest names in banking, leisure, commercial and transport. They are currently looking for M&E Foremen and Supervisors to join their team and for these roles you should have completed either an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship and ideally have 5 years on site experience. 

The Role and its Responsibilites

• Planning and managing works on site.
• Provide technical support to testing operatives
• Toolbox talks
• Inspections
• Ensuring quality of work
• Organising hire equipment
• Providing continual project updates to your Project Manager.
• Checking installation quality
• Final sign off responsibilities
• Organising site teams
• Site inspections
• Management of sub-contractors and site labour
• Health and Safety management

The Individual

The role needs a confident individual who can work in a sometimes-pressurised environment, a team player and leader! You must be organised and motivated and as the role will involve travel throughout the UK with some overnight stays, our client is looking for a flexible candidate.

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of current H & S legislation 
• Appropriate site qualification
• 5 years on site experience
• Experience working on commercial projects with a minimum £200K value

Salary and Package

£45-50K dependant on experience and with a chance to earn regular overtime.
