The Client

An ever expanding family run M&E contractor, our client has the capability to run both small and high value M&E projects. Based in North Wales they are looking for an MEP Building Services Manager to join their team and continue to help them provide their high quality projects in areas such as healthcare, industrial, retail and leisure.
 
The Role and its Responsibilities

• Review of installation plans and specifications 
• Co-ordination of services in building design
• Cost reviews
• H&S and building regulations knowledge
• Meeting attendance
• Presentations of plans
• Progress reports
• Knowledge of building operations
• Management of sub-contractors

The Individual

Our client is looking for an individual who is technically minded and who can effectively communicate to clients and co-workers. You must be a good team player!

Skills and Qualiications

HNC/Degree in Building Services (or equivalent)
Experience in a similar role
