A lead M&E contractor, our client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their thriving Manchester team. Offering design and installation of building services, our client prides itself on providing a safe environment for their staff.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Run projects from pre-construction to completion
• Forecast costs and valuations
• Work on contracts and accounts
• Review and draft contracts
• Vet tenders and contracts for sub-contractors
• Project purchasing and cost budgets

The Individual

The company is looking for an experienced candidate who has strong communication skills and who is enthusiastic, and career driven. A suitable candidate must have excellent commercial skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in  a fast-paced environment.

Skills and qualifications

• Degree or relevant industry qualification
• Solid Excel and IT knowledge
• Commercial awareness

Salary and package

Competitive salary of up to £75k, including healthcare, pension, and car/allowance.
