The Client

We have worked alongside our client for many years and have successfully recruited for a wide range of postions for them. The company provide innovative, sustainable energy solutions and district heating and are market leaders in their field. Currently they have a requirement for an Electrical Project Engineer to join an established team on a Bristol hospital project. This work will continue for a period of 12 months when there will then be further projects for this role. 

The Role and its Responsibilities

•  
• Support of all technical aspects of the electrical installation
• Interpretation and adaptation designs
• Ensure a good working relationship alongside the mechanical project engineer 
• Reporting to the Project Manager of works
• Ensurance that all work is carried out in a safe manner and as in contracts 
• Regular attendance of meetings with the client 
• Keep the ongoing project to cost and time allocation and understand the budget of the project at any given time
• Manage sub-contractors

 
The Individual

You must be up to date with a H&S legislations and be able to run a high value, sometimes pressured project. Our client is looking for an individual who is self-motivated and keen to develop their career as you will be able to gain a good insight into the role of Electrical Project Manager on this project. 

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC/HND qualified
• Time served in Electrical Project Engineer role
