The role and its responsibilities
As Electrical Project Manager you will be fully experienced in the following areas:

• Having full responsibility for all electrical works
• Management of large teams
• Working to time and budget restraints
• Overseeing sub-contractors, their working standards and compliance
• Work on costings, billings, progress reports
• Health and Safety
• Commercial awareness

The individual
Our client is looking for an individual who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills as you will be representing the company at meetings.
Skills and qualifications
IT literate
HNC qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
